Arise Healthcare Nurse Registry Inc is seeking individuals to serve as HHA/CNA and Live In. RN/LPN Nurses are welcome to apply.

The requirements for this position must include:

• HHA Certificate or CNA licence
• 4 Hours Initial Training in HIV/AIDS
• Level 2 Background Screening
• CPR Certification
• Reliable Transportation
• Proof of valid Work Authorization
• Physical within 6 Months w/PPD or CXR
• Professional Liability Insurance
